Portsbridge Hospice is a privately owned, non-denominational hospice that was founded in 1993. We are licensed by the states of Georgia and South Carolina and are Medicare and Medicaid certified. Our dedicated, experienced professionals and trained volunteers specialize in meeting the unique individual needs of our patients and families. Services can be provided in over 30 counties in and around Atlanta or in our state-of-the-art free standing inpatient hospice. Hospice Services may beprovided by medical directors, registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, counselors, certified nursing assistants as well as medical equipment, supplies and medications.

Portsbridge recognizes the complex needs of those with life limiting illnesses and offers a comprehensive array of services to address the physical, social, emotional and spiritual issues confronting patients and families during this difficult time.
